A focus on quality and ethics

From the outset, Tourline Express has maintained service quality as one of the fundamental pillars of its business philosophy. In 1999 it received the AENOR ISO 9001 certification, with company registration ER-0236/1999, recognizing the group’s hard work and accrediting it as a solid and stable firm committed to providing “Total Quality” to all its clients.

After having successfully passed AENOR’s quality audit, all of Tourline Express’ business processes, including logistics and management, have been duly certified under the ISO 9001 quality standard. The company also holds the ISO 14001 Environmental Management certification and is preparing to obtain the OHSAS 18001 certification on labor health and safety. Tourline Express thus aims to earn this triple certification and encourage business excellence.
